This is one of the most famous and biggest vine-growing regions in Bulgaria, where wine production dates back to the ancient tribe Thracians, whose culture was among the most advanced on the Balkan peninsula along with the Hellenic one. You will be able to evaluate the qualities of several types of wine and to be initiated into the secrets of the ancient wine production.
